Rum can be immediately viewed as you enter the eatery/restaurant.  The rum is also displayed behind the bar as well.  The rum is processed on site at the distillery adjacent to the bar.  There appears to be more than an adequate supply of rum available for purchase.  Cocktails are served on the premises.
